Description

The VNA & Hospice of Southern California is a non-profit 501 (c) (3) agency founded in 1952. The agency provides comprehensive home health and hospice care to homebound and/or terminally ill patients. Our hospice program utilizes an interdisciplinary team approach to ensure our patients physical, emotional and spiritual comfort needs are met. And, our nursing staff and volunteers strive to provide patients with professional health care services, delivered with comfort, care and heartfelt compassion. The agency has two office locations, Claremont and San Bernardino. Their service area includes parts of Los Angeles County, San Bernardino and Riverside Counties.
