Description
Saturday Habitat is a club at Villanova University whereby student volunteers raise awareness of poverty and homelessness on campus, work with Habitat for Humanity in surrounding communities twice weekly, and raise money to sponsor houses with Habitat for Humanity. From 2006-2007 the organization raised the $60,000 necessary to sponsor a home and we have currently raised $82,000 of the $90,000 needed to sponsor our second home.
