The Victory Empowerment Center, a 501© (3) Community Development Corporation, was established in 2002 for the sole purpose of meeting the needs of our community. As a pro-active agent, the Victory Empowerment Center seeks to equip and supply families with resources, training and economic opportunities that will enable them to seize control and positively direct their own destiny
