Description
The Veerni Project brings health and community development services to people living in rural villages in Rajasthan, India. Our focus is on women as prime motivators. When women are healthy and productive, their families prosper. Kofi Annan, the Secretary General to the United Nations, recently affirmed in the worldwide fight against AIDS, that sustainable health and community development can only be achieved by the empowerment of women. This is the mission of the Veerni Project.
