The VCS Inc. mission is to identify and fill gaps in community social services with innovative programs that provide accessible, affordable services and support. The agency offers a wide range of individual, family and community services including, counseling, education, training and social justice advocacy and organizing in communities of Rockland, Orange and Westchester Counties. Through a unique combination of professional staff, professionally trained volunteers, and collaborations with governmental and community-based institutions, VCS is dedicated to providing hope and opportunity for positive personal and community change. VCS approaches all its services and programs within a strong social justice perspective.
