Description
We are an affordable housing and micro enterprise developer. Our participation in the local housing scene is as comrehensive as possible.
Our organization is a member of the Fresno Mayor's Blueribbon 10X10 Affordable Housing Committee. Memberships also include the Community Housing Council of Fresno, and the Fresno Housing Alliance as well.
A major objective is also our involvement in the Fresno Fulton Corridor Specific Plan wherein we work for the revitalization of the area known as Chinatown Fresno. This project includes the reinstallation of the ethnic Chinese people and mske this a major destination spot in Central California.
The Chinatown Fresno is to include a haven for the Hmong (ethnic Chinese) and major senior's residential care facility as well as a place for micro enterprise development to thrive and grow.
