Description
The Valley Community Library is a small public library in Lackawanna County, Pennsylvania. The library services the residents of six boroughs - Archbald, Blakely, Dickson City, Jessup, Olyphant and Throop - and, as a member of the Lackawanna County Library System, all county residents.
With the recent cuts in State funding, all Pennsylvania libraries have been forced to increase fundraising activities.
