Upward Foundation has been Serving Children with Special Needs Since 1958. Located in the North Central Phoenix Greenbelt, we provide Outpatient Therapies for Developmentally Disabled Children -- Occupational, Physical, and Speech. We also provide Special Education Services and operate an Inclusive Child Care Program.
