The Upper Bucks Chamber of Commerce Foundation is an organization that was established to develop, conduct, and host classes and seminars: grant scholarships; publish educational materials; provide assistance for start up organizations; develop leadership and school-to-work programs; promote civic programs that foster cooperation among governmental, educational and professional sectors of the local community; and provide support for other Chamber activities that have charitable and/or educational purpose.
