The Women's Community Rehabilitation Center (WCRC) is a component of UpLIFTD, Louisiana Industries For The Disabled. Our mission is to provide a structured reality and vocationally oriented program in a safe and secure environment, therapeutic with a vocational focus for women who have a mental illness and who, most often, are homeless.
Our goal is to enable these women to regain their independence and permanent housing
in their community.
