Description
For over 22 years UP is a private, non-profit literacy program in South Phoenix for Hispanic women and their children learning English and other life skills. Unlimited Potential provides a free quality education to at-risk families in a poverty stricken area of Phoenix to increase the school retention rates and adult literacy.
