The missionof the UW Oshkosh Women's Center is to ensure that all women—both on-campus and in the community - fulfill their potential and use their talents to the best of their abilities. A corollary to this mission is that of ensuring that both men and women learn to work, play, and live together in ways that are based on mutual respect and an understanding of not only gender differences but also differences of race, ethnicity, sexuality, and class.
