Founded in 1922, The University of South Dakota Foundation is an independent, not-for-profit, South Dakota corporation organized solely for the benefit of The University of South Dakota. The mission of the Foundation is to solicit, manage and distribute gifts for the benefit of The University of South Dakota in all facets of its operations, aiding the University’s efforts to become America’s finest small state university. Gifts to the Foundation are tax deductible under applicable provisions of law.
