Description

The University of Hawaii at Manoa Library was established in 1909 with the gift of three titles ~ an atlas, a dictionary and an encyclopedia ~ and the appointment of the University’s first Librarian. The Library’s collection has grown to over three million titles, two permanent buildings on campus (Hamilton & Sinclair), and a work force of 152 librarians and staff.
