Description

Alternative Breaks @ UCSD (AB@UCSD) is a student led organization that has grown tremendously since its inaugural year in 2002. AB@UCSD is now offering 14 trips for 2010. Currently, there are over 300 AB@UCSD alumni. The year long program offers leadership development, community building and social justice based projects culminating in a national or international volunteer experience. The goal for participants in this program is to cultivate a community of socially active and globally conscious leaders who will continue to positively impact our world throughout their lives.
