University Neighborhood High School is a small school on the lower east side of manhattan. Mr Jacques Noseal is attempting to put a strings and percission group together after school.. Music and art has been taken out of many schools including this school. The students are missing out on a very important aspect of education. Mr noseal would like to provide that outlet for his students. He would like to purchase 4 guitars, 4 violins and a drum set
