Description

United Way of Umatilla & Morrow Counties is local, and has served the area since 1953. We are governed by a volunteer board of directors; staff consists of one executive director, with volunteer help.
We provide community education, technical assistance to 23 non-profit health and human services agencies we are partnered with, and are a conduit for many other non-profit agencies who receive funding via donor designation.
We coordinate the local Emergency Food and Shelter Program for Umatilla County, and have partnered with FamilyWize to distribute prescription discount cards to people without prescription drug insurance.
Our focus is to target specific needs in the communities we serve, and help service providers increase their abilities to help efficiently and effectively.
