United Way of Miami-Dade brings us together as a community to get to the heart of the human care issues that matter most. It is a powerful partnership that improves people’s lives and strengthens our community. What results is an impact far greater than any one person or one agency can deliver.
Our volunteers – people who want to improve their community – along with community experts, have laid out a plan focused on four key areas: kids and families, health and independence, emergency and basic needs, and neighborhood and civic involvement.
By bringing people together to invest in quality programs, build partnerships, advocate for better policies, engage people in their community and make the most of available resources, United Way is improving lives 365 days a year.
