United Way - Franklin County Association
Our Mission is to support the local community by serving as a central fundraising resource for helping agencies that make a difference in peoples’ lives. Our service area includes Franklin County, Kansas in the United States of America. By mobilizing the caring power of community members like you, United Way and 17 Member Agencies work together to promote healthy lifestyles, improve local education at all levels, and help people achieve financial stability. United Way of Franklin County’s 2016 Member Agencies include the American Red Cross, Big Brothers Big Sisters, CASA, Children's Mercy, Communities in Schools, ECKAN, Elizabeth Layton Center, Habitat For Humanity, Hope House, LifeCare Center for Women, Mid-America Nutrition Program, Inc., Midland Hospice, tiny-k Early Intervention, Ottawa Community Arts Council's OYAA youth program, Ottawa Recreation Foundation, United Cerebral Palsy, and the Willow Domestic Violence Center. In order to ensure the success of the vital Member Agencies listed above, United Way of Franklin County must raise $170,000 in 2016.
