Description

UCP of Minnesota is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization that provides services statewide to individuals with disabilities and their families. Our mission is to advance the independence, productivity and full citizenship of people with cerebral palsy and similar disabilities. Some of the services we provide are: information and referral, family support services, advocacy, public policy and access to augmentative communication devices through our MATLN (Minnesota Assistive Technology Loan Network) lending library.
