Description

Unchain Cumberland County (UCC) is a non-profit group dedicated to decreasing the number of euthanasias in animal shelters in south-central NC. We provide indigent communities with affordable pet care, pet food, and food for humans. Our goal is to establish a low-cost spay and neuter clinic in Hope Mills, NC sometime in 2012. UCC was instrumental in making it illegal to tether dogs in Cumberland County. We will never turn someone away.
