Description
A student organization at the University of North Carolina @ Chapel Hill. The mission of the organization is to promote healthy self-esteem in women. We will build and increase confidence and leadership skills among ourselves, as well as, in the community. We will foster and develop healthy relationships through service and events. Through these actions, E.S.T.E.E.M. will empower women to assume leadership roles, appreciate differences among each other, and strengthen their professional and personal interactions.
