UIH Family Partners is a 501 (c) (3) nonprofit based in Trenton, NJ, dedicated to "building effective families through innovative and culturally sensitive programs for parents and children." The organization is the oldest nonprofit in the state dedicated to the welfare of children, and in 2009 is proud to be celebrating 150 years of continuous service to society's most in-need and underserved vulnerable young people and fragile families.
