Description
We partner with learning communities to ensure high achievement for every student. The UCLA School Management Program (UCLA SMP) is a joint initiative of the Graduate School of Education & Information Studies and The Anderson School at UCLA. UCLA SMP seeks to:
* translate successful leadership and organizational practices to the education profession;
* provide a new model for continuing education for preK-12 district and school leaders by combining the research and practice expertise of the Graduate School of Education & Information Studies and The Anderson School at UCLA;
* transform public schools into learning communities where educators continually learn from the results of their work and where all students learn and achieve at high levels.
