The Twin Cities River Rats are a 501(c)(3) non profit water ski show team in the Twin Cities, Minnesota. They perform free water ski shows on the Mississippi River for the community weekly throughout the summer. They also conduct free learn to ski clinics for local YMCA and Boys and Girls clubs. They have a Junior team for kids who want to learn the basics of show skiing. Every year the River Rats participate in community events such as river clean up projects. In 2007, the team performed a benefit show and raised $16,000 for the Twin Cities Red Cross after the I-35W bridge collapsed.
