Description
Turn About is CARF accredited and DCF licensed to provide integrated mental health and substance abuse services for all programs with specialization in children and adolescent services. It provides prevention, intervention and treatment services to school-aged children, kindergarten through undergraduate college young adults. A family-oriented program, Turn About focuses on issues of behavior, substance abuse, victimization, including bullying, and mental health. Turn About is committed to providing effective, quality services by master’s level counselors in a nurturing environment reaching over 300 unduplicated children in the public school system and over 50 children with some Intensive Outpatient Services in our facility. Turn About also provides driving under the influence (DUI) assessments for young adults. There is a sliding fee scale for many services and victim services are free. The agency is a United Way member agency, and is celebrating its 32nd year!
