Description

TrinityKids Care hospice is a service of TrinityCare Hopsice that serves pediatric needs when a child is life threatened and desires palliative care / hospice care in their homes. The children and their families are given 24 hour 7 days a week care by an interdiciplinary team of doctors,nurses, social workers, chaplains, and volunteers during this difficult time on lifes journey. The family is supported with bereavement for one year followin g the childs death.
