Description
The Triform Camphill Community, near Hudson, NY, is a dynamic mix of 75 people spanning many generations, cultures, and ranges of ability. Thirty-five young adults with social, mental and emotional disabilities, live and work side-by-side with a full-time resident staff and their families on 125 acres of beautiful farmland. It is a model community where young men and women with autism, Down syndrome and other developmental and neurological disabilities demonstrate every day that they can participate in dignified, purposeful work, make meaningful contributions to the well-being of their community, and share warm, supportive human relationships. Triform is changing the way we understand and appreciate the capabilities of people with special needs.
