Tri-State Therapeutic Riding Center provides therapeutic riding lessons to individuals of all ages with physical, mental and emotional disabilities. TSTRC is located at the Tri-State Exhibition Center in Cleveland, Tennessee. This program is also known as the Reinbow Riders Therapeutic Riding program
