Tri-County is a school for children with severe disabilities and special-needs. It is run by the HBM Cooperative that includes 7 school districts: Carmel Clay, Hamilton Southeastern, Westfield/Washington, Noblesville, Hamilton Heights, Frankton-Lapel, and Sheridan.
