Non-profit organization working on behalf of youth aged 5-18 with complex emotional and behavioral issues in the counties of Warren, Hunterdon and Somerset. Our model of care consists of coordinating formal (clinical) and informal (strength-based, community) resources to help each child achieve his or her optimal potential.
