Description

A private, non-profit, all volunteer animal welfare organization focusing on dogs & cats and serving Butler, New Jersey and the surrounding area.
(In 2011, Tri- Boro Animal Welfare underwent significant organizational changes. What had been the Kinnelon branch of TBAW, is now a separate organization called the Kinnelon Volunteer Animal Shelter (KVAS- www.kvasnj.org). Both organizations are operating as they have for over 30 years, but are no longer affiliated.)
