Transplants For Children is a local nonprofit organization that helps transplant recipients and their families by providing educational programs and supportive services that help children, adolescents, and families overcome the tremendous emotional and financial struggle associated with transplantation.
Transplants for Children strives to provide the best possible support and services to families. Individual and family counseling, trust fund management, crisis and bone marrow funding, support groups, and music therapy are made available to transplant families at no cost.
Transplants for Children's mission is to assist young organ and tissue transplant recipients and their families in effectively coping with the emotional, financial and social challenges, which arise before, during and after transplantation.
