Located in Pinon Hills, California, Sand Canyon represents a transitional habitat linking the San Gabriel Mountain Range with the Mojave Desert. Within its rolling landscape, thousands of species thrive, many of which are rare or threatened. We are a grassroots for non profit organization, formed by concerned residents who have come together to protect a piece of what was once an expansive, wild land. Now threatened by California's unchecked development, Sand Canyon is at this moment still untouched. We would have it no other way. Please join us in protecting a place unlike any other.
