Description
Towards Achieving Milestones Inc. is a 501 (c) (3) non-profit corporation which provides services that will empower women in transition with the re-entry tools necessary to succeed. The philosophy of T.A.M.I. is that every woman be empowered to become women determined to make a difference, build a strong foundation and achieve milestones. T.A.M.I.'s goal is to provide an independent living environment that incorporates life skill workshops. Throughout the program, participants will engage in workshops that expand on a variety of day-to-day skills and issues. T.A.M.I. focuses on the building capacity of the participants to enhance their skills as a powerful means of building. (i.e. families, an education, their character, the odds against recidivism and building better communities).
