Description
TAP is an non profit multi-racial adoptive, foster, and kinship parent group. Most of our members have adopted children with special needs from the foster care system. Our mission is to provide a support network among parents, to disseminate information and implement programs which promote the well being of children, adoptive, foster and kinship family. TAP believes that the adoption, foster or kinship road should never be walked alone and that no family or child should have to figure out where to find help.
