Description

We provide funds to support the technical assistance for small emerging businesses in our community; specifically, minorities, women, veterans and other protected classes recognized by the Federal Government. This support decreases the failure rate during the first five years.
Many small emerging businesses fail because they need assistance with business plans, financial analysis, marketing, loan preparation, etc. and the TMCC uses it funds to assist with this service. Also, we support youth through out Youth Entrepreneural Program for fifth - seventh graders.
In addition, we have a planning room for contractors who need access to drawings but cannot not afford the $5000 fees to access this information from Dodge Rooms and Associated General Contractors. Without these services they could not submit bids for construction projects.
