TLC- Poplar Ave. Preschool is dedicated to the development and implementation of a model program which empowers families and provides them access to literacy focused education, support, and services in order to help them develop the skills and attitudes to be successful in their schools, home and society.
A strong and supportive partnership between educators and parents will lead our children to be thriving, competent, and contributing individuals as they continue to grow.
