Description

On March 16, 2005, Timothy C. "Timbo" McWilliams, Jr., a beloved son, brother, family member and friend, passed away at the age of 27, from complications of a traumatic brain injury he incurred three years earlier. During his life, and especially throughout his rehabiliation and recovery, Tim exemplified a boundless will to live and an innate ability to positively affect those around him.

The Timothy C. McWilliams, Jr. Foundation (a.k.a. the Timbo Fund) was created to ensure that his spirit will live on through the support of charitable initiatives. Chief among these is our support of veterans of recent conflicts who--like Timbo--face the daunting task of recovery from tramatic brain injury.

Always keeping Timbo in mind, the Timothy C. McWilliams, Jr. Foundation places a significant emphasis on being a youth-driven organization that maintains consistency in its fundraising efforts.
