Description

Thronateeska Heritage Foundation's mission is to inspire wonder and stimulate exploration
of science and South Georgia's history by providing a dynamic learning experience
through an interactive science center and museum.
Located in downtown Albany, Georgia's historic train depot, the history museum focuses on area history. The science museum houses the Wetherbee Planetarium with a full-dome high definition projection system.
Vintage full-size railroad equipment in displayed as well as a HO scale model railroad exhibit.
