Thelma Smith Foundation (TSF) is a non-profit community-based organization that collectively strives to prepare its participants for the world of excellence. TSF is provided by and for the entire community.
Our purpose is to provide hands-on opportunities for enjoyment, motivation and development for every interested participant. Also to implement a positive influence on the lives of the participants by providing access to academics and athletics through free educational presentations that will unify the Brooklyn (Ocean Hill Brownsville) community through new technology that improves the way people work, communicate, learn and play. TSF consists of mentors and parent coordinators who are recruited from the local community by people interested in improving academics and athletics
