Throughout 47 years, TheatreworksUSA has created innovative, educational, and fun theatre for young audiences. Theatreworks is the largest-reaching children's theatre company in the country and often the first theatre experience for our nation's children. Thanks to an extensive national touring program, over 80 million children have enjoyed Theatreworks performances in their hometown concert halls or in their very own schools. Theatreworks annually tours 20 productions across the country, each of which have undergone extensive development and research. In 1961, Theatreworks emerged as a beacon in the children's theatre movement and it continues to be an innovator and trend-setter in the genre.
