Description

The Washington Home is a residential long term care facility with a sub-acute unit that provides rehabilatation services for residents in the Washington, DC metropolitan area. In addition, The Washington Home has the only hospice in-patient unit in the city.

Community Hospices provides hospice home care to residents in Maryland, DC and Virginia.
