Description

The Starting Place (TSP) is a non profit, Department of Children and Families (DCF) licensed agency that provides therapeutic, prevention and intervention services as well as rehabilitative and educational counseling to all persons affected by substance abuse and mental illness so that they may lead productive drug-free lives. TSP was established in 1969 by a group of volunteers as a teen "rap" center to address a growing drug problem among Broward County's youth.
