The Point/Arc of No. Kentucky's mission is to provide opportunities to people with intellectual/developmental disAbilities to reach their highest potential educationally, residentially, socially and vocationally.
We empower individuals to become productive and included members of their families and their communities, while promoting self-determination so that each person is equipped to make informed decisions regarding the quality of their lives. We will protect and advocate for each individual to be treated with dignity and respect, while teaching personal responsibility.
