Description

The Partnership CDC is dedicated to addressing the issues of affordable housing and economic development in West Philadelphia. More specifically, The Partnership CDC develops affordable housing for low and moderate-income families in Philadelphia County for both rental and homeownership. The Partnership CDC provides homeownership education to first-time home-buyers. In the area of economic development, The Partnership CDC acts as a broker to attract new businesses to West Philadelphia, creating new jobs and helping to retain existing businesses. Our results over the past 13 years have been extraordinary. We have built 340 units of affordable housing, provided credit counseling and financial literacy to 5,700 families, created more than 100 new jobs, and invested $60 million dollars in the community.
