Description

TLC is an all volunteer network dedicated to the rehoming of unwanted and abandoned labrador retrievers into loving forever permanent homes .
We are also committed to educating the Public about responsible pet ownership , including but not limited to, spaying and neutering your pets, training and proper veterinary care. Special emphasis is placed on assisting senior labs.
We are located in Northern and Central Illinois and South and Central Wisconsin.
