The Empowerment Connection is a 501C3 organization created to provide tools, strategies and resources to increase the growth and effectiveness of organizations and individuals.

Our team will provide consulting and training in areas essential for the growth and sustainability of emerging organizations including strategic planning, organizational assessment, financial management, resource development/fundraising and program development. Leaders of organizations will learn effective management techniques.

We will provide training on computer technology, financial literacy, resume preparation and interviewing strategies and offer coaching and developmental activities to increase their job readiness and independence.
