The Community U.P.L.I.F.T. Foundation, Inc was created in response to the growing number of teens (13-19) who are either dropping-out or falling through the cracks at school, at risk of becoming a teen pregnancy statistic, not incorporating healthy movement or eating habits, or not understanding the value of a post-secondary education. We are committed
to helping our teens overcome these daily adversities.
