Description

The Arc is a non-profit agency providing services to persons with mental retardation, autism and physical challenges. We provide residential services, day programs, home/community habilitation, early intervention and advocacy to persons in Westmoreland, Allegheny, Washington and Butler Counties in Pennsylvania.
